Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with inks, coatings for polymeric or glass surface finishes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Organic Chemistry, Polymer science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in fundamental failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure.
- Ability to take an idea from concept and see it through to production.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
