As a Jr. SMT ISCSupervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operationswithin our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). Your responsibilities will includeassisting the production team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintainingquality standards. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, andability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success ofour ISC operations. You will report directly to ourSr. ISC SMT Supervisor, and you'll work out of our facility in Ciudad Juarez,Chih. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Assisting in thecoordination and execution of production activities - Monitoring productionprocesses and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Conducting inspectionsand tests to verify product quality - Assisting in the maintenance andtroubleshooting of equipment - Collaborating with the production team to meetproduction targets and deadlines - Following safety protocols and maintaining aclean and organized work area.

supporting employeesin a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks. • Guiding,instructing, and supporting employees in function-related tasks. • Cooperationwith the ISC SMT Supervisor the realization of agreed production targets withresponsibility regarding safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service, andcooperation.

• High schooldiploma or equivalent • 3+ years of proven understanding and experience of SMTmanufacturing processes and equipment • Attention to detail and ability to followinstructions • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability towork in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment • Good communication andinterpersonal skills

• Associate degree in engineering or a relatedfield • Extensive experience in SMT manufacturing or production operations •Knowledge of quality control principles IPC Standards and practices •Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications •Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Strong workethic and commitment to continuous improvement
