We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who excels in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. As a Functional Analyst specializing in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce to meet their sales and customer service objectives. You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to assess requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to gauge their business objectives, processes, and pain points, and translate them into comprehensive functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of existing systems, workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions, including but not limited to sales automation, lead management, opportunity management, case management, and service console customization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Configure Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud features and functionalities, leveraging declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce product releases, features, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering judicious recommendations and thought leadership on how to maximize the value of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud within their organizations.


To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in functional analysis, business process optimization, and solution design, with a focus on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and data validation.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
