As a Senior Developer/Solution Architect, you will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio to architect scalable, robust, and customized solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-deployment support.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gauge business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio.
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.
• Lead the development and customization of Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio solutions, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and perform quality assurance to maintain the highest level of code quality and system integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance our service offerings and delivery capabilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio, providing thought leadership and guidance to both internal teams and clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio.
• Track record of architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity/Omni Studio data model, configuration capabilities, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Vlocity Platform Developer Certification are highly desirable.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
