Team Management: Manage a team of highly skilled engineers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Facilitate team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure high standards of quality.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Must have experience leading teams and people in a technical capacity.
Experience with agile frameworks and facilitating ceremonies.
Strong in competencies around planning, communication, and stakeholder management
CI/CD experience including automated Testing experience with mindset to build self-testing code.
Promotes a disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
Experience with project build with CICD pipelines through Jenkins, understanding of deterministic functional testing, End to End automation.
Professional experience as a Software Engineer, across front-end & back-end stacks.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...These jobs might be a good fit
