In particular and given hiring demand a background, network and knowledge of the senior talent landscape in Finance (Control/Treasury/Reporting, CFO) and Risk (Credit/Market, and Operational) disciplines will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment activity including, stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, screening, longlist/shortlist, assessment, offer management and onboarding.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Corporate Functions hiring, managing both internal and external talent, serving as a trusted advisor to the business and HR partners

  • Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent management and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.

  • Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves.

  • Work with Diversity teams to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes.

  • Work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.

  • Provide market and candidate intelligence, that enables hiring decisions to be made.

  • Build pools of talent for Functions disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent.

  • Lead desktop research providing competitor insight and mapping as it relates to talent salary and organizational structures of competitors.

  • Take an active role in project activities that support the development of the Executive Talent Acquisition organization, including CRM development, Data and reporting in addition to driving process improvement, with the candidate and hiring manager experience at the center of the change.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The candidate

  • In-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.

  • Network and knowledge of senior talent within the financial services environment.

  • Experience of engaging with senior candidates, and presenting this talent to senior stakeholders

  • Knowledge of compensation structures and able to craft offers

  • Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
