Finance Best Practices & Process Alignment
- Continue establishing and rolling out finance best practices across the organization.
- Ensure cross-organizational alignment of financial processes and procedures under the "One Teva" approach.
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, TGO, R&D, Commercial BUs, and IT to identify improvement opportunities and develop integrated solutions.
Financial Business Partnering (FBP) Enablement
- Develop financial competencies to enable finance roles to become true FBP ,ensure close collaboration with all key stakeholders.
- Actively support finance functions and business units in their optimization efforts.
Finance Strategy & Capability Development
- Lead efforts to enhance financial capabilities across the organization.
- Serve as a central partner to drive strategic finance transformation and continuous improvement.
Global Business Services (GBS) Finance Leadership
- Define and drive the strategy and vision for the GBS Finance organization.
- Drive Strategic and tactical reviews to ensure risks and opportunities are reviewed, mitigated and escalated as needed
- Account for the development and implementation of strategies ensuring that all parts of GBS Finance: Finance commercial, Finance Ops., Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A and R&D as well as integrate and demonstrate high performance, operational excellence and customer-centric culture
Finance Transformation & Innovative Reporting
- Develop and execute global financial reporting strategy aligned with 2030 objectives ensuring Teva Global Finance becoming a world class finance organization.
- Refine reporting processes, using existing and new financial applications to provide robust reporting leveraging digital and AI platforms to enable fast decision making.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible use of AI in financial reporting.
