As a Service Delivery Lead and Assistant Director, you will provide oversight and management for all Brand & Marketing, BMC in GDS resources supporting the US BMC team. Aligned to the US BMC Operations lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring streamlined service delivery, effective resource allocation, capacity management, and interim campaign management support as needed. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a high-performing team that meets the strategic objectives of the organization.
Your key responsibilities
Resource Coordination:Actively manage and drive resources involved in campaign delivery to achieve desired results.
Campaign Management:
Utilize your knowledge of project management and marketing tactics to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel digital campaigns, including client deliverables, ads, and social media initiatives.
Establish project and governance structures, determining available time, budget, and resources for each program, and tracking status to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status and manage posting and reporting on campaign performance through a unified platform.
Update web pages and promotional spots using the content management system, tracking performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Oversee overall and campaign-specific budgets, organizing invoicing, tracking expenditures in Excel, and advising on any deviations from the plan.
Support continuous ad campaign optimization efforts by analyzing results, gleaning insights for future testing, and creating performance reports for various executive stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Proven experience in service delivery management, project management, and stakeholder engagement within a complex organizational structure.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
Experience in crisis management and contingency planning.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Cultural intelligence and a global mindset, with the ability to work effectively across borders and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organization’s pattern of communication and our client’s motivation
10 years’ experience in end-to-end campaign management via multiple channels, from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.
Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
Gather stakeholder feedback to generate meaningful, actionable information that helps drive change and campaign improvements.
