Responsibilities:

- Training. Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks

Basic Qualifications:

• College Level, Completed a Short Course or High school graduates

• Must have at least 2 yrs BPO experience (voice profile, any acct)OR1 year minimum of card or fraud retail experience

• Proficient system navigation and multi-tasking skills

• Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills

• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift

• Must be willing to work in an office based setup
