You will:

• Responsible for leading the worldwide management and execution of cross-functional programs throughout the product/solution lifecycle using the Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP). For products/solutions in development, the Program Manager will go throughdefinition/requirements,planning, development, and launch.

• Establishes clear goals and deliverables for each program that support the LOBs (line of business) business. A Program Manager is often expected to manage multiple programs in parallel.

• Establishes working relationships and influences/persuades at the Manager, Director, General Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President level.

• Subject matter expert in product development processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage.

• Manages the creation, review and approval of the Product Requirements Document and Phase Exit materials.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 12–15 years of related experience in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage

• Ability to manage cross functional teams to define the product/solution definition and requirements

• Capability to clearly communicate technical matters and build relationships with decision makers
