Your role will include:

Strategic oversight of platform modules to deliver global functions
Defining and manage the platform and product vision and strategy, based on stakeholder needs and market research.

You will advise top clients on their HR transformation and talent strategy, design brand new exployee experiences, reconfigure the way they operate, support them move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM’s top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This is an internship position, so no professional experience is required but interest for learning the latest technologies and HR will be a must.
This opportunity is fantastic for recent graduates or last year grade/postgrads students.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must reside in Spain.
