Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time on the program. The following is a short overview of your responsibilities in App Store International Design Team:* Assist the design department in producing a high volume of editorial creative for the App Store’s global storefronts* Create original design solutions for stories, working with supplied developer assets and licensed photography* Collaborate with art directors and designers on the team by building out deliverables at scale from style guidelines* Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams within the business* Shadow others to learn about the commissioning process with external vendors and artists* Present your work to various teams and stakeholders* Contribute with a point of view when critiquing work in a group environmentAPPLICATION PROCESS1) Please submit a cover letter answering the below questions and do so without including your name or any other personal information2) Save the document as: ‘App Store International - Creative Development Program’3) We advise that you save your document as PDF. Minimum Qualifications
  • A foundational understanding and competency in Adobe Creative suite
  • A basic understanding of Sketch is a bonus but not necessarily essential
  • Clear and concise communication, organisation skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Attention to detail
  • A willingness to investigate multiple approaches, gracefully accept feedback and change direction when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Must currently have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Must be able to attend in-office days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) in our London Battersea Power Station location
  • This is an entry-level program with a fixed (competitive) salary
