What you'll do:
  • Own projects start to finish

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience

  • Push Lemonade’s design forward by bringing in brilliant creative ideas and exceptional design, and delivering work that sets an extremely high bar

  • Engage with relevant teams across the company to learn the company's objectives, target audience, and needs, and translate these insights into compelling visual concepts

  • Ensure that all designs are consistent with Lemonade’s brand guidelines and maintain a superior level of quality

  • Present creative concepts to various stakeholders, and use feedback to refine and finalize designs

  • Oversee the production process of all creative assets, working seamlessly with developers, printers, or other third-party vendors to ensure the highest quality output

What you'll need:
  • B.A. in Visual Communication or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in brand and marketing design (or an equivalent role)

  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere and After Effects are a plus), and other design tools

  • Demonstrable expertise in typography and understanding of brand design principles

  • Solid understanding of the contemporary digital landscape, internet culture, current design trends, and emerging technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design outputs

  • Proven track record of creating impactful processes and frameworks for complex projects

  • Proficient in collaborating with creative counterparts of all disciplines to bring a vision to life

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable presenting and framing creative ideas and directions, with strong written and spoken English skills

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
