• Lead & drive technology design, implementation, execution, and/or optimization for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
• Provide/assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
• Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
• Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate issues.
• Build and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
• Align with and support company policies and processes and apply relevant tools to efficiently implement the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.

• Associate with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions.

• Implement new techniques and methodologies used in customer delivery and share lessons learned with the broader team.
• Builds and reviews project work e.g. Design recommendations, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and Implementation/ Change Management Plans.
• Builds and/or uses test environments as the need arises to resolve sophisticated problems & compatibility issues.
• Demonstrates software skills and tools to configure, deploy, and/or seek Cisco products and solutions.
• Gives in the development of digital intellectual capital (e.g. scripts, digital signatures).
• Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Assures accurate and quick resolution of major customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.

• Product - C9800, Catalyst center, Meraki wireless, WiFi6
• Experienced knowledge in Wireless – RF design & wireless network design for large enterprise with branches. Fixing WLAN issues, Fabric enabled wireless, SDA
• Experience in leading large accounts as SPOC for Consulting, PDI, optimization & migration projects. Exposure to enterprise & IOT domains. Ability to have pre-sales conversation in scoping and sizing a project
• Technologies – WiFi6, Python, Netconf/API, essentials of VM/container concepts, Good understanding switching, routing and SDA
• Product Knowledge – Product Knowledge – Cisco Wi-Fi 6 access points, Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers, DNAC, ISE, DNA spaces, Meraki

• Receives limited supervision. Resolves methods and procedures on new assignments. Provides guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Translates worldwide team goals into own work assignments.
• Mentor / develop others. Involved in strategic projects with high clarity. The emphasis is on complexity, active participant/initiator, and leader.
