Job Summary
As an Executive Director of Product Operating Model Design across Chase you are accomplished in looking across a product operating model to drive the ways-of-working for a complex organization.
Job responsibilities
- Manage definition, implementation and deployment of the operating model for the Product-driven transformation program
- Drive the change when initiatives / transformation projects have high impacts on the PXT population and in the end to deliver measurable improvements
- Bridge any gap between Product Operations and the teams delivering to our customers across all aspects of the company
- Help colleagues engage in the mission of the product operating model more fully and clarify the reasons behind any change
- Lead activities Product-driven organization & agile ways of working transformation.
- Manage the involvement, understanding & support of delivery stakeholders of the program
- Delivery trainings on Agile ways of working
- Grow Product practices across a Global Operating Model
- Accompany product teams in the setup & adoption of agile ways of working through an efficient coaching model
- Define and implement product management best practices & methodology and engage communities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product development and change management for high-impact and large-scale organizations
- Ability to lead large-scale operational effectiveness initiatives
- Ability to lead a team operating within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Deep knowledge of defining and leading transformation in a global operating model
- Demonstrated prior experience delivering value at scale and influencing across highly matrixed and complex organizations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across functional teams with the ability to communicate and engage people at scale
