Incomes Specialist (TAX ACR)

As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Execution of administrative processes associated with the client's business processes (registration and management of clients, sending and follow-up of contracts, loading of client information for invoicing, etc.)
• Updating information in the client's commercial systems (CRM, own systems, etc.).
• Extraction of data in the systems for the elaboration of accounting reports.
• Preparation and presentation of forecast and follow-up reports.
• Management and resolution of incidents arising from the execution of processes.
• Communication of incidents to the Client / Internal Team.

Skills and attributes for success

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• Professional experience in accounting process outsourcing projects.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Analytical and synthesis capacity.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle large amounts of data and information.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Advanced mastery of office tools (Excel, Outlook, Databases, etc.).
• User level experience in systems: SAP, CRM Dynamics 365 and Business Intelligence.
