- Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, experiment with AI and present data-driven recommendations
- Develop high-quality deliverables for exec-level consumption, including business cases and roadmap/execution plans
- Support strategy and business planning processes while fostering strategic capabilities across the organization
Your Experience
- 4+ years relevant work experience post-MBA with at least 2 years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), private equity or top-tier tech strategy or “bizops” functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc).
- MBA graduate from a top-tier B- school or similar academic credentials or “direct promote” in Consulting or equivalent military experience required
- Experience with AI/Gen-AI transformations and B2B GTM is a significant plus
- Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a must, knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required
- Experience in building relationships and leading through influence
- Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations
- Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166,000 - $269,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
