Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Management to document requirements and expected outcomes of new initiatives/offers, predominately the CX (Services) Product Management organization.
  • Drive requirements for new offers through the Cisco governance process and ensure the operations plans are progressing and on track.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Delivery & IT to assess, design and then build the new offering based on business and operational requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive operations plan/solution to enable the new offer to be quoted, ordered, entitled, invoiced, delivered, and renewed from an end-to-end commercial lifecycle perspective
  • Maintain an offer roadmap and align the priority and sequencing
  • Drive key decisions to be made using a clear problem statement, options, and implications to be considered for each option
  • Provide direction to and lead program resources in the development and implementation of the operational solution
  • You will ensure that the business goals and the operational solution are aligned to the same outcome.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years experience within Product Management
  • Knowledge in key commercial offer lifecycle events (New, Change, Renew) and the order-to-cash related processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Influence outcomes by building a data based decision making model
  • PMP or Agile certifications
  • Experience with Cisco CX (Services), or experience in the Technology Services Industry preferred.
  • Ability to use PowerPoint to communicate complex topics visually.
  • Familiarity with Jira Align
  • Understanding of Cisco’s commercial offer structures.
  • Knowledge/experience with core enterprise commerce tools
  • Knowledge of Partner/Distributor resale and managed service models
