Responsibilities:- Partner with Product Management to document requirements and expected outcomes of new initiatives/offers, predominately the CX (Services) Product Management organization.
- Drive requirements for new offers through the Cisco governance process and ensure the operations plans are progressing and on track.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Delivery & IT to assess, design and then build the new offering based on business and operational requirements.
- Develop comprehensive operations plan/solution to enable the new offer to be quoted, ordered, entitled, invoiced, delivered, and renewed from an end-to-end commercial lifecycle perspective
- Maintain an offer roadmap and align the priority and sequencing
- Drive key decisions to be made using a clear problem statement, options, and implications to be considered for each option
- Provide direction to and lead program resources in the development and implementation of the operational solution
- You will ensure that the business goals and the operational solution are aligned to the same outcome.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience within Product Management
- Knowledge in key commercial offer lifecycle events (New, Change, Renew) and the order-to-cash related processes
Preferred Qualifications- Influence outcomes by building a data based decision making model
- PMP or Agile certifications
- Experience with Cisco CX (Services), or experience in the Technology Services Industry preferred.
- Ability to use PowerPoint to communicate complex topics visually.
- Familiarity with Jira Align
- Understanding of Cisco’s commercial offer structures.
- Knowledge/experience with core enterprise commerce tools
- Knowledge of Partner/Distributor resale and managed service models
