As a Senior Office Manager here atHoneywell, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing the dailyoperations of multiple offices for the ACST business team. You will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providingfacilitation to the employees. You will report directly to the ACST OperationsLeader, and you'll work out of our Golden Valley, MN location on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of theoffice by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities,implementing effective office procedures, and taking ownership of projectmanagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and facilitateadministrative staff
• Manage, coordinate, develop andimplement office operations and procedures
• Foster a positive and productivework environment across all ACST sites
• Lead cross functional project teams withinand beyond office administration
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management or related field
3 + years of people leadership, including hiring and performance discussions

• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or a related field
• Strong organizational andmultitasking skills
• Excellent communication andpeople-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite
