Minimum Qualifications
- Technical Program/Project Management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of the organization.
- High operational precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure, with bonus points for past Engineering experience.
- Experience with global on-call and asynchronous work with globally distributed teams.
- Proven experience in DevOps, engineering efficiency, and deployment processes, release management, including defining release schedules, processes, bug bars, and software life cycle phases (SDLC).
- Proven track record of driving dramatic improvements in team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and solve complex technical issues.
- Experience in managing rapid-response actions for critical issues.
- Ability to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and drive functional and technical Knowledge of machine learning integration and deployment pipelines is preferred but not mandatory.
