About the role
The SAP Virtual Customer Success Partner Team is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the virtual Customer Success Partner Managers and entire Team in working on two central and strategically important topics:
- Adoption initiatives: Ensuring the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time
- Operational excellence: Assisting Team Leads / Regional Manager by providing data insights & tracking regional business priorities

In this role, you’ll:
Customer Interaction and Support:
- Assist with customer facing activities and value driven campaigns execution
- Assist in organizing and executing virtual customer events (webinars, customer success days) once relevant
Data Entry and Management:
- Input and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Assist in customer database maintenance, data clean up and updating customer records
Administrative Support:
- Help schedule and facilitate Team activities such as weekly Team Meetings, quarterly Team Days, etc.
- Provide general administrative support to the customer success team as needed
Special Projects:
- Support various projects aimed at improving customer success processes and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Leverage your ideas and activities related to your professional growth and self-development plan

- Active student
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, International Management, Marketing
- Professional experience in organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
