Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Ideation –Collaborate with Business User to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for the Greater Bay Area region.
  • Solution Evaluation –Conduct POC to evaluate solution options from market and propose recommendations to key stakeholders. Coordinate and align the end-to-end solution architecture and obtain agreement on architecture deliverables.
  • Solution Design –Lead the technical aspects of projects, including solution design, architecture by applying your understanding of China ecosystem.
  • Compliance –Applying your expertise in the China’s ecosystem to provide valuable insights and recommendations to design and facilitate solution comply with China’s regulation. (i.e., PIPL)
  • Team collaboration– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architect and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions in China is preferred, with at least 1-2 years of recent hands-on work.
  • 7-10 years IT working experience with 3-5 years Solution Architect experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greater Bay Area market, including understanding the PIPL, China process, and China compliance.
  • Familiarity with the China ecosystem, including reference marketing cloud, infrastructure, and Ali Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of China’s IT industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory) and fair English proficiency for effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in leading technical initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
