Responsibilities:
- Level 1 and 2 technical support for performance-based user acquisition campaigns
- Manage tickets and escalations from customer-facing teams while upholding SLA standards
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product and other internal partners on bug fixes and product updates
- Monitor alerts on platform for revenue impacting KPIs (campaign CVRs, attribution rates, error codes)
- Help integrate and maintain connections with partner platforms (OEMs, telcos, MMPs, Supply Side and Demand Side partners)
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting between integrated partners
- End to end validation testing on device for ad experiences
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of recent, relevant experience as a Technical Account Manager/Solutions Manager/Solutions Engineer or related role
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with data analysis for reporting, large data sets, and data manipulation
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
