- Master's degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with adult learning, Learning and Development related to technical and non-technical, enterprise-wide workforce upskilling/reskilling.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in the area of Sociotechnical Systems, AI ethics, fairness, and responsibility, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing, launching, assessing, and facilitating programs around sensitive and often contentious topics.
- Experience in inclusive and critical pedagogies, with an advanced interdisciplinary focus.
- Ability to foresee enterprise-wide risks and take prompt action to escalate for immediate mitigation.
- Excellent people leadership skills and ability to succeed in complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to apply exceptional judgment on high visibility projects.
