Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+years’ experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience
  • 4+ years defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and creating strategic plans
  • 3+ years proventrack record

Other Requirements:

Abilityto meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsrequired for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • requiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+years’ experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience in the software industry
  • 8+ years people management experience
  • 6+ years defining OKRs and creating strategic plans across organizations of400+ people
  • 8+years’ experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ year experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos) or creating system architectures.

  • Planning,Strategy& Execution.Partner with product management and other partner teams todefine strategic goals,developlong-rangeplansforstrategic investment,prioritize investments and features in conjunction with product management’s roadmap, and drive implementation and integration for multiple large cross-functional projects. Establish success criteria aligned with businessobjectivesand execute release planning fortimelydelivery. Deeply understands the return on investment and presents it to key stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Communication.Establish andmaintaina deliveryandrelease programstructure, andprepare transparent progress updates for regular leadership meetings. Track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules (e.g., epics, sprint plans, milestones,timelinesand releases) across multiple strategic investments,monitordelivery and release processes, ensuring stakeholder accountability.
  • Dependency Management.Take ownership of dependencies, aligning with the strategic roadmap andobjectives. Ensure alignment on investments, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements asfeasible.
  • Issue Resolution & Risk Management.Proactivelyidentifyand address blockers, escalate issues, and mitigate project risks.Makes adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.
  • Technical Coordination &ComplianceStandards. Partner with engineering to design integrated customer solutions for technical needs and ensure compliance with performance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Team Productivity & Support.Maximize team productivity and ensure successful delivery through guidance and mentorship. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
