As a Policy Manager working on the Professional Services team in New York City, you will be responsible for the definition and development of our policy to enable our advertising and publisher client’s growth, while reducing risks to end users, customers and our brand.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have:

  • Proven track record of creating and implementing standards and practices
  • Experience responding to regulatory inquiries
  • Data driven approach to policy
  • Experience working cross functionally and with senior management

Nice to haves include:

  • Experience within the advertising technology ecosystem, including working with premium publishers and advertisers

As a Policy Manager, you will:

  • Initiate and manage new policies with a special focus on our premium partners and their success
  • Set up and maintain processes to drive operational excellence
  • Analyze data trends on key customer issues to identify potential improvement areas
  • Work closely with the business teams throughout the company, advise and negotiate to ensure compliance with content policy guidelines

The pay range for this position in New York is $120,000 - $150,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, etc.
