This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in San Diego,

Responsibilities:

  • Daily searches for UGC through tagged mentions and hashtags; Provide weekly summary of strong content and initiate outreach to creators

  • Develop a weekly trend report (what is popular)

  • Work with internal creative team to develop organic social content

  • Manage IG takeovers – attend events and create real time story content

  • Work with managers to assist with reporting – from social tools to internal monthly reporting

  • Copywriting and posting support for content planning

  • Interact with tagged content

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Program will run mid-May – end of Aug

  • Able to commit to 24 hours in a week (in office Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Thursday)

  • Rising junior or senior in collegiate program with a 3.0 GPA or above

  • Previous internship experience required in the marketing space

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid understanding of social media (all platforms)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PPT, Excel and Word

  • Ability to travel and work weekend events as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn

  • Ability to work in a team


The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $19.00 to $26.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
