The Principal Technical Product Manager role focuses on leading the development of key components and business capabilities leveraging & integrating Digital and AI technologies throughout GE HealthCare Service offerings. This role ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery and provides visibility to leadership on the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of Service offerings. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer software or related field, or demonstrated technological fluency in software engineering, machine learning and generative AI.
  • 8+ years of Program Management experience, including successfully led a program core team to deliver a product into the market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
  • Experience in interfacing and planning work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product designers, data scientists, service engineering, and field services.
  • Thorough understanding & exposure to projects executed in agile methodology in the capacity of project manager across multiple disciplines.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, Quantitative management and communication.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others.
  • Demonstrated capabilities at leading a team to meet project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s.
  • Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Experience with GE Phase Review Discipline, Software Development Lifecycle and Change Control processes.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) & Design Controls process knowledge. Understand the 21 CFR Part 11 regulations as they apply to Computer systems validation from a packaged application perspective.
