Description
As Apple's US Healthcare Program Manager you will research, analyze and administer US Healthcare medical plan. Monitor operational performance of US medical carrier including service of advocates, clinical program efficiency and impactful reporting. Oversee pharmacy benefit program in tandem with external pharmacy advisor to approve formulary changes; working collaboratively with PBM. Be responsible for owning the healthcare navigation platform and integration with US medical carriers, pharmacy administrator and other health care partners. You will support proposed design changes to assess administration, employee experience and compliance, ensuring compliance and timely filings with federal, state and local legal requirements. Participate in review, assessment and recommendations of vendor request for proposals in collaboration with procurement. Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits program management
- Extensive knowledge of benefits administration, policies, and legislation
- Outstanding vendor management expertise
- Strong research and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
