About the role

Core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent.

Your responsibilities will include

Clinical Role:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Manage communications between upper management and employees.
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

Education/Training Role:

  • Assist in the development of the training plans/materials in their accounts, training for physicians, residents and people inside hospitals, in services, beyond care tools
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
  • Educate channel partners of his territory.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / Economic Administrative careers
  • English proficiency
  • Experience up to 5 years in sales in Private & Public accounts
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
