Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience in concept development.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in system and motion design to enhance usability and delight.
- Experience in communicating recommendations, rationalizing design decisions and advocating for users needs.
- Experience building brands or creating a branded interface, creating a visual identity that elevates the UI experience.
- Ability to build partnerships with UX peers and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to grow and deliver results in an ambiguous environment and distill complex processes into simple, clear user interactions.
