Support Alliance model scale-up and iteration:
Core Competencies
l Strategic Planning: Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to build and motivate partners to complete shared goals.
l Networking and partnership: Building partnerships; developing and leveraging relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.
Qualification Requirements
l BS/BA or equivalent required, Business degree (MBA) and/or Scientific Degree is a plus
l 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industry, preferably in Sales (Regional Sales Manager), KA, or Commercial
l Experience in systematic distributor management
l Good at data analysis
l Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate demands from multiple stakeholders, both internally and with partners
l Languages: Mandarin and English mandatory
l Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
