As our Head of Artificial Intelligence you will-

• Set the technical direction, vision and strategy for incorporating AI into our product
• Lead, mentor and scale the AI cross-functional team while nurturing a high-standard, innovative, and creative culture
• Work closely with the CEOs, CPTO, and other stakeholders to integrate AI concepts into our product
• Represent us at conferences and industry events as a thought leader in AI as well as build ,maintain relationships and attract talents in the AI community
• Communicate the roadmap and strategic decision-making process to internal and external stakeholders
• Create a culture of high standards, innovation, and creativity by mentoring and developing a high-performing team

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the AI domain, including managing teams, guiding AI strategy and driving innovation
• Technical proficiency - A strong understanding and execution of AI technologies
• Strong product sense and ability to translate AI concepts into product
• Strategic thinking - ability to develop and execute AI strategies aligned with organizational goals - identified opportunities for AI driven innovations, assessing market trends and translating into the product
• Communication skills - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
