Managing Key Documents – Handle invoices, agreements, and other essential paperwork, ensuring smooth and accurate administration.
Keeping Our Systems Up to Date – Work with internal tools such as SAP, HIP, and ZINC to maintain and update critical business information.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Support decision-making by preparing insightful reports on pricing, promotions, new product launches (NPL), and stock levels.
Bringing Events to Life – Organize and coordinate conferences, seminars, and company events that leave a lasting impact.
Collaborating with Product Managers – Assist with technical and creative tasks, making sure our products and campaigns shine.
Your experience and qualifications
Experience in Administration – Previous experience as an Assistant or in document management will help you excel in this role.
Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking – You are precise, organized, and able to analyze data effectively.
Excel Skills – Confident use of Excel for reports, data analysis, and organization.
Tech-Savvy Mindset – Comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems.
Language Skills – Proficiency in Latvian and English is a must.
Marketing Know-How (a Plus!) – Experience or education in marketing would be a great advantage.
