• Interviewing and hiring resources
• Communicate key milestones and program information to stakeholders
• Ensure project planning and scheduling

• Dotted reporting line to respective US department manager

• University degree in SW field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with managing and direct leading engineering team
• Excellent communications skills (both written and oral)
• Knowledge of SW development practices and SW development cycle
• Knowledge of configuration control system
• Must meet any applicable Export License conditions in terms of nationality for the given project
• Strong organizational skills and analytical ability
• Self – starter, motivated and takes initiative, and able to work independently
• Extremely reliable, trustworthy and highest ethical standards
• Strongly customer-oriented attitude
• Commitment to develop long term professional career in Honeywell Aerospace
