Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect – Technology Consulting – Belfast
As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand current and future needs, then assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of solutions. Working in a collaborative organization, you will have significant influence to improve the efficiency, performance, scalability, and security of our environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise
- Work closely with business stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM , to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems as required.
- Collaborates with Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value, within the context of the HCM domain.
- Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Develop Solution demonstrations to validate the solution.
- Provide insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across the HR Cloud industry as a Subject Matter Expertise
- Challenge clients current ways of working and to adopt Oracle best practice
- Report on client project risks and opportunities
Skills and attributes for success
- To qualify for the role;
- 7+ years’ experience solutioning, configuring and implementing Fusion
- At least 3 years experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle / Cloud HCM Suite
- Experience with designing and implementing Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution
- Bring working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain
- Conduct secondary research on domain/industry specific solutions
- Identify key trends and forecasts in the given area of domain/industry
