• Enable stakeholders to implement cloud operations support and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support service • Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior cloud operations service
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development teams and other process oriented teams
• Creating internal/external content for our Knowledge Base
• Involvement in process testing and validation
• Root cause analysis of reported customer problem cases
• Handling the Incident management and driving the root cause analysis
• Automating the possible manual tasks in the team using required skill set
• Handling on-call duties and providing support to our team and development organizations
• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Finance areas or university study close to closure
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
• Fast learner with IT affinity
• Spoken and written English language skills are required
• Work experience in cloud is must , knowing SAP BTP platform is must, AWS, Azure is Plus
• Knowledge in any SAP Cloud Products
• Experience in customer support or software development or IT
• Automation skills, knowledge in Python + Jenkins is an advantage
