Sales Data Analysis & Visualization (SFDC & Tableau)
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
CRM Administration (Salesforce) Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows, automate processes, and provide user support to ensure system efficiency and adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data strategies with business objectives, supporting initiatives and enabling agile action.
Commercial Optimization Propose data-backed solutions to improve sales productivity, territory management, and closing effectiveness.
Reporting & BI Automation Develop and maintain territory maps, SOPs, and business reports using tools such as Tableau, SAP, SFDC and other BI platforms.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce and Tableau, plus knowledge of data programming languages.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Based in Mexico City with availability for hybrid work.
English level B2 or above
