Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Analysis & Visualization (SFDC & Tableau)

Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • CRM Administration (Salesforce)
    Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows, automate processes, and provide user support to ensure system efficiency and adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data strategies with business objectives, supporting initiatives and enabling agile action.
  • Commercial Optimization
    Propose data-backed solutions to improve sales productivity, territory management, and closing effectiveness.
  • Reporting & BI Automation
    Develop and maintain territory maps, SOPs, and business reports using tools such as Tableau, SAP, SFDC and other BI platforms.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce and Tableau, plus knowledge of data programming languages.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Based in Mexico City with availability for hybrid work.
  • English level B2 or above
