What You'll Do

Your main tasks are:

• of the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio.
• Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
• Lead and facilitate customer’s workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirements.
• Architect scalable and robust data migration/conversion solutions adhering to SAP best practices and financial industry standards.
• Support and/or lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure smooth execution of FI/CO data migration and conversioninitiatives and projects.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP FI/CO data migration and conversion tools and technologies, guiding the customer teams to make informed decisions.
• Develop and document precise technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data migration/conversion processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Support internal initiatives to further enhance existing or develop new, finance-related DMLT services and solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FI/CO data migration technologies and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
• Deep functional expertisein SAP S/4 HANA FI and/or CO, plus experience in at least one additional of the following modulesis amust: FI-AA, CO-PA, CO-PS, EC-PCA, FSCM, FI-CA)
• Strong experience with roll out of Company Codes in the context of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
• Experience with System Conversion scenario to S/4HANA (aka “Brownfield”), there in Migrating to S/4 HANA Finance and in SPRO configuration for Finance conversion.
• Strong experience to work with customer’s project teams to define the functional and technical specification towards implementation for Finance module for S/4HANA in greenfield scenario, working on topics like implementation of parallel ledger, document split, profit centre accounting, new asset accounting, etc. in S4HANA.
• Minimum7years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience;SAP DMLT tools and methodology and data migration/conversionexperience is astrongplus.
• Integration and process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are aplus.
• Understanding of the SAP FI/CO data models and technical structures. ABAP Programming skills are a plus.
• Have analytical and logical skills. Critical thinking, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Optimization of processes and data, or organizational restructuring by ensuring data harmonization, data restructuring or the consolidation of system landscapes
• Improve management of data from strategy to execution, with the focus on data quality, data privacy, data volume and lifecycle, data integration, and master data management
