The Role:
The Senior Internet Services Consultant will be responsible for 3rd level support on Internet Services Infrastructure as well as working on internal service improvement projects.
You ensure that Internet Services are delivered in time and budget and work closely with our Managed Service Providers to ensure rock solid operation, adherence to global standards and continuous service improvement.

• Work together with a team of technical experts to ensure ongoing stability of SAP’s Internet Services infrastructure and related services.
• Conduct backup / disaster recovery processes.
• Deliver architecture recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Contribute towards the implementation and optimization of relevant systems.
• Develop relationships with other IT departments to stay aligned on new service / technology rollouts
• Ensure guidelines, policies, tools and processes are kept up-to-date
• Share your knowledge continuously to the team and promote participation in team meetings

What you bring
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent working knowledge
• Ability to work with multiple projects and coordinate activities to meet project timelines

• Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux Command Line tools as well as GNU/Linux OS
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure) and Exchange Online is advantageous
• Advanced project management skills and technical expertise on network technologies
• Highly proficient in spoken and written German and English
