Work in close collaboration with the technical and project teams to serve our customers and provide quality remote and on-site services and activities to fit the customers' needs and complexity
Act as a partly onsite trusted advisor who grows the business by developing and supporting growth of the client relationship for SAP
Be proactive in nature, handling everything from continuous improvement to problem management and service reviews, ensure our customers have the support they need to successfully deliver innovative solutions and releases
Share monthly / quarterly service level reports with the customer and advise on new services or other developments within SAP that increase the business value for the customer
Act as a (de-)escalation point for delivery-related topics (incidents, service requests, and other customer requirements)
What you bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or technology related field (e.g. computer science, business administration, etc.)
Strong experience in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business
Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audiences with confidence, including management level at customers
Strong engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills
Accustomed to working with global virtual matrix organization
