- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5-10 years of relevant technology sales experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
- Solid GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms. Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience and success in negotiating deals with customers and partners.
