Responsibilities:
Processing customer documents and updating accounts;
Checking client documents to ensure compliance with regulations;
Resolving discrepancies in customer accounts;
Maintaining a register of all documents;
Creating and filing reports;
Responding to internal and external customer queries (mainly by email).
Requirements:
Knowledge of English to communicate freely with colleagues and superiors (B2);
Accuracy and attention to detail when working with documentation and data;
Analytical approach to problems;
Negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
Effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks;
Availability to work on a hybrid basis;
Experience in administrative positions welcome.
