Key job responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end development and delivery of new operational metric reporting initiatives, including interviewing senior leadership to gather requirements, writing BRDs/PRFAQs/HLDs to reflect those requirements in an executable plan, working with upstream tech providers to build systems for collecting necessary information, and owning both back-end pipelines and front-end visualization layers to showcase information.
* Establish and maintain mechanisms to hold analytics team to a high-bar and instilling operational excellence into all deliverable types.

- 8+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
