In this role, you will lead and develop a team of BIEs to accomplish business team's goals and charters. You will learn the ins and outs of all facets of WW Operations Sustainability, and be a trusted partner to teams by sharing data-driven insights and actions based on deep understanding of the business. You will hire and develop talents to deliver strong results ranging from reporting, automated insight generation, advanced analytics, comprehensive datasets, at standards that raise the bar for the rest of the organization.- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc.- Apply analytic skill to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets.A day in the life1. - 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software

- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
