- Build and manage a roadmap for BI initiatives aligned with priorities.
- Act as the bridge between Finance teams, and BI experts to align on objectives.
Program & Project Management - Lead cross-functional BI programs from initiation through delivery.
- Prioritize and manage project pipelines and timelines.
- Track and report program performance, risks, and milestones to leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of BI solutions in line with expectations.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and user interviews to gather insights and define KPIs.
Execution & Technical Oversight - Collaborate with vendor teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
- Review and validate BI outputs to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
- Drive consistency in UI/UX design across BI assets.
Financial Modeling & Analysis - Understand, develop and maintain financial models to support RIS team in strategic decisions.
- Integrate financial KPIs and performance metrics into BI dashboards.
Innovation & Best Practices - Stay current with BI trends, technologies, and tools.
- Promote a data-driven culture by democratizing data access and literacy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools, processes, and methodologies.
