Essential Responsibilities:
- Engage with team members to contribute to pricing solutions and suggest efficiencies.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of pricing data to support decision-making processes.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate pricing implementation.
- Collaborate with peers to share insights and improve overall pricing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss pricing initiatives and provide input on projects.
Expected Qualifications:
- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience in finance, pricing, payments, strategy, banking, consulting, investor relations, equity research, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong financial analytical skills. Excel is required, SQL is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions.
- Influence sales leadership and other cross-functional teams in thinking through complex business models of extending our value props.
- Build financial & analytical nuances across the dimensions of customer segments, products, and markets to find the right balance of trade.
- Be fully immersed in supporting the iterations of deal negotiation as a trusted partner to the sales team – sales pitches, term sheets and contracts, leadership presentations, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within sales, product, finance, and other functional teams. Engage in the cadence/process of interactions, be a team player, and a positive influence on others.
