Your impact
Typical work tasks include:
- Perform calculations and evaluations in the design of solutions and systems for public infrastructure applications
- Develop plans, specifications, cost estimates and schedules for use during construction
- Use of computer-aided engineering software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Assisting in the coordination of projects from conception (feasibility) through final plan preparations
- Providing support to engineering staff members, as needed
Here's what you'll need
- Currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least a 3.0 GPA is required
- Knowledge of MicroStation (primary software) or AutoCAD is preferred
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel is required
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
